For the Prestel Verlag, we contributed to two high-quality licensed volumes on the works of Gustav Klimt and Claude Monet and were responsible for typesetting and parts of the editorial implementation for the German and English-speaking markets.
The opulent design of the volumes, with colored edges and large-format-fold-out spreads of masterpieces by the artists, provides detailed insights into the works, while clearly structured accompanying texts convey art-historical contexts and thematic backgrounds. Typographical fine-tuning ensures reading flow and visual balance within the elaborately produced illustrated books.
