We were responsible for the comprehensive project management of this publication for Prestel Publishing – from author coordination to final production. Working to tight deadlines, we took on project management, editorial coordination with the author, editors, and translators, clarification of all image rights, and layout for both the German and English editions simultaneously. Efficient communication and precise organization were key to ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines. The result is a harmoniously designed volume that combines artistic diversity and conceptual structure.
