We are allies. We are an experienced and interdisciplinary team of 27 colleagues. We are united by the joy of design, a sense of nuance and the pursuit of further development. Together we gain clarity and solve challenges. Since 1990, we have been supporting our clients in the fields of art, culture and education in the areas of editorial and learning design as well as production. We are characterized by our commitment, innovative spirit and attention to detail.

Philosophy
Working time is lifetime. We value social interaction, active inclusion and the compatibility of career and family. We offer fixed employment contracts, allow individual working time models and maintain flat hierarchies. This pays off with an above-average length of service.
We bear responsibility for our employees and cannot – and indeed, do not want to – afford to let them work “for free”. That is why we do not take part in unpaid pitches. Our responsibility also applies to interns, whom we only employ if we have the capacity for a win-win situation.

SIEVEKING AGENTUR was founded in 1990 by Caroline Sieveking as BÜRO SIEVEKING. Since then, we have realized numerous/the most diverse projects: for large and small publishing houses, renowned museums and artists, well-known foundations and companies.
In addition to the agency, a project close to our hearts was realized in 2013: SIEVEKING VERLAG. Out of love for well-made books, we have been publishing a niche program in small editions ever since. All about art, culture and culinary delights. In 2015, we were awarded the Bavarian Small Publishers’ Prize for this work.
